OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2014. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) will provide economic operators of agriculture with the entire information and advisory support tools to get access access to the Polish loan and other financing programmes for the sector.
According to the Chamber's press service, CCI deputy head Vladimir Didilica made a statement in this respect at a meeting with representatives of the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA). The participants discussed the calendar and practical instruments for informing the business environment on the provisions of the Polish loan aimed at modernizing agriculture.
“The CCI was set to back the economic operators in the access to financing and identifying trade opportunities, and here, our mission coincides with the AIPA's one”, Didilica said. Even if the legislation does not oblige agricultural producers to join the CCI, already at this moment, hundreds of economic agents in the sector are members of the Chamber, and we hope that by the services' quality, including implementation of the agreement with AIPA, our trustworthiness will grow, and hence, the number of members.
The two institutions have recently signed a cooperation agreement providing for informing the economic operators about opportunities and conditions to apply for financing from AIPA and of the 100-million-euros Polish credit, as well as from the state budget means meant for subsidizing the agricultural sector. At the same time, CCI was committed to identify trustworthy partners and suppliers of equipment and devices from Poland and to promote trade opportunities among the economic operators.
The sides agreed to start promotion actions, as soon as implementation unit for the Polish loan's management becomes fully functional and can receive applications on financing. Among the promotion instruments there are: CCI sectorial committees, territorial branches of the Chamber, which are in permanent contact with economic agents and are to implement the local business agenda, a public-private dialogue platform, which will bring together both economic operators and local public authorities, etc.
