Moscow Troika Card Can Now Be Topped Up in Bank of Moscow's ATMs
OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow together with Moscow City Transport Agency and Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise launched the Troika card balance top up service based on the Digital Wallet ticket in the own ATM network. The payment can be made with no service fee both in cash (by use of cash-in function) and via card of any bank. The funds are credited immediately to the card account by remote top up.
Troika card top-up via ATMs can be made in two steps. In Devices menu, choose the Troika Top-up section. After the funds are transferred to the card via ATM they are to be topped up to the Troika account. You can do it via information kiosks at every Metro station. Choose Remote top-up on the terminal screen and hold the card against the reader.
This functionality is available in almost 1000 ATMs of the Bank, including in ATMs installed in Moscow Metro. You can find Bank of Moscow's ATM locations at its website.
"The participation in the municipal programs, focused on creating comfortable and reliable services for Muscovites and visitors is one of the Bank's business priorities," says Sergey Mednov, the Board Member of the Bank of Moscow. "In this particular case, the expansion of ATMs' payment functionality will save our city people time while topping-up Troika cards, whose popularity is constantly growing with the Moscow transport passengers."
The Digital Wallet ticket on Troika cards can be used for payments on all modes of public transport in Moscow, as well as for renting bikes at Velobike renting stations.
