OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus has restricted Russia-bound exports of pork meat which has not undergone heat treatment, the Russian agricultural watchdog (Rosselkhoznadzor) reported on Wednesday.

The Belarusian Ministry of Agriculture and Food has stopped certifying pork products which have not undergone heat treatment under a temperature of 72 degrees Centigrade for 30 minutes, Rosselkhoznadzor said.

The temperature of 72 degrees Centigrade kills the virus of African Swine Fever (ASF) in pork.
