OREANDA-NEWS. The bill called to amend the Law of Ukraine "On the public procurement" (regarding the improvement of a system of public and electronic procurement) has been already submitted to the Parliament.

"We have submitted the draft law on public procurement. Public procurement (worth \$ 10 billion annually) is carried along a non-transparent scheme. So, we will transfer to e-procurement, which will afford to make them transparent and effective. What is the most significant, it will increase the competitiveness of the environment. The economy in this area is expected at approximately 20%," the Minister said.
