“The Tele2 strategy implies a considerable increase in market share thanks to new-generation network construction and launch in new regions. In compliance with the plan shareholders took decision to launch mobile services in Moscow Region in mid-2015. The company will consequently implement an earlier approved development plan for 2015. We believe that the overall market picture will not considerably affect the Tele2 strategic program as the company has the lowest costs in the industry and can negotiate the most profitable conditions with its vendors.”
