OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its reliability rating on TKB BNP Paribas Investment OJSC at 'AAA'.

The rating affirmation reflects the company's considerable experience and strong position in its market segment, supportive ultimate shareholders, experienced and highly skilled management team with high expertise in different business lines, well-diversified business portfolio, sophisticated corporate governance and risk management systems, consistent revenue generation, strong profitability metrics and transparency.

The rating is constrained by a significant reduction of the company's asset management and consulting business volumes due to challenging market conditions and changes in one of the customer's ownership structure.
