Sberbank Holds Annual Meeting with Analysts
OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2014. Sberbank has held its annual meeting between analysts and representatives of the Bank’s senior management.
The event’s speakers included Alexander Morozov, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Vadim Kulik, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, and Julia Tseplyaeva, Director of the Centre for Macroeconomic Research. The meeting was attended by more than 30 leading analysts – representatives of international and Russian investment firms that cover Sberbank stocks.
At the event Alexander Morozov talked about the main achievements in 2014 and shared his expectations of 2015.
Sberbank predicts that there will be 4% to 6% growth in the sector. The bank itself plans to grow faster than the fixed-term deposits sector, and to grow in line the lending sector.
Vadim Kulik told the audience about the risk management system that has been established at the bank, the quality of loans for individuals and legal entities, and also focused on the economy’s most problematic sectors. “Sberbank’s level of overdue debt is considerably lower than the figure for the sector,” said Vadim Kulik.
