OREANDA-NEWS. December 22, 2014. IBA Group participated in the annual Software Engineering Forum for Students SEF.BY2Students held for the fourth consecutive year in Minsk, Belarus.

The Scientific and Technological Association Infopark and High–Tech Park organized the forum with support from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

SEF.BY2Students is an open platform designed to inform young people about a variety of IT professions and assist them in choosing their career. For IT companies, the event is an opportunity to demonstrate their advantages and features as an employer.

At the event, IBA Group delivered a presentation entitled 'Complete software development cycle. Choose what appeals to you.' The students learned how the chain of software production works and what qualities are required to be a developer or a technical writer.

In addition, the participating companies delivered presentations, provided professional consultations, held discussions, and carried out plays for prizes. IBA Group conducted an interactive contest on the IBA Minsk page in VK, a popular Russian–speaking social network. The students were asked to make a prediction and name the main event, which is likely to happen at the market of mobile operating systems in 2015. Three participants of the forum became the winners of the contest and received gifts from IBA Group.
