OREANDA-NEWS. No case of supply of sub-standard food-stuff and rations to soldiers has been reported in recent past. Improvement in quality of rations is the prime concern of the Government and is a continuous process.E-procurement has been started for procurement of Atta. All dry ration items are pre-checked before dispatch. To ensure the quality and nutrition of food items, Defence Food Analyst have been posted in Composite Food Laboratories (CFLs) and Food Inspection Units.
