OREANDA-NEWS. Delta Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of December 8, 2014 on approval of the report on results of placement of the bank's shares.

According to the letter provided:

- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) approved the report on results of placement of the bank's shares in the period from May 17 to November 16, 2014;

- the bank's shares were not offered during the reporting period; as of November 16, 2014 26,667,000 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced; its share capital equaled KZT20,550,526,700.00.
