OREANDA-NEWS. December 19, 2014. Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank, held a working meeting with Vadim Potomsky, Governor of the Orel region.

The parties discussed prospects of mutual cooperation towards support of new investment projects, agribusiness sector and other regional economy sectors.

“I believe that this meeting will further strengthen the Bank’s position in the regional market, will provide new impetus to our cooperation and local agribusiness development. Russian Agricultural Bank will act as a reliable financial partner of the region’s economy and population which is ready to support enterprises of all types of ownership”, Dmitry Patrushev said.

Dmitry Patrushev and Vadim Potomsky took part in the inauguration ceremony of a modern hi-tech facility for buckwheat flakes production of ‘Agro-Alliance’ holding. RusAg has invested RUB 350 million in this project. As Dmitry Patrushev noted, such projects contribute to an increase in the country’s food security, comprehensive development of rural areas and provision of population with affordable quality foodstuffs.
