ATFBank JSC (Almaty), who is an official representative of holders of infrastructure bonds KZ2C0Y23B676 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Issuer) officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"...The Issuer performed partial buyback of 22,940 infrastructure bonds NIN KZ2C0Y23B676 on the trading floor of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC on December 12, 2014. In total the Issuer bought back 8,230,960 infrastructure bonds".
