OREANDA-NEWS. Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release:

Kazkommertsbank announces dividend payout on preferred shares due for the calendar year.

Kazkommertsbank (the Bank) on 12 December 2014 has made a payment of dividends on preferred shares subject to the list of shareholders eligible to obtain dividends, as of November 12, 2014 (the fixing date of the shareholders register).

Payable dividends amounted to US\$4,984,115 dollars at the rate of 0.04 USD per one preferred share (equivalent to 905,613,695.50 tenge). Number of placed shares – 125,000,000, 397,125 pieces were bought back. The amount of payments made to shareholders totaled to 905,600,344.18 tenge. The amount of dividends not paid due to missing information on bank details of beneficiaries is 13,351.32 tenge.

Dividends paid out via funds transfer to bank accounts of holders of preferred shares of the Bank.
