Viktor Silachyov, the Director of the Siberian Regional Center of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, has been appointed chairman of the expert council of the heads of departments of the regional network of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, and he has also become Vice President of the company. Dmitry Vollin, director of the North-West Regional Center of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, was appointed director of the Ural Regional Center of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company.

Viktor Silachyov has worked in Ingosstrakh Insurance Company since 1996. In 2004 he was appointed director of the Siberian Regional Center, and in 2013, the director of the Ural Regional Center of the company (part-time). In his new position of the chairman of the expert council, he is going to coordinate the processes related to the evaluation of the projects implemented by the regional network of the company, as well as supervise their implementation. In his new status of vice-president of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, Viktor Silachyov will have to solve business problems, not only at the regional level, but in the company as a whole.

Dmitry Vollin was in charge of the company's North-West Regional Center since December 2011. By the standards of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company, his track record with the company is relatively short, but he has managed to bring the North-West Regional Division to the position of leadership.
