OREANDA-NEWS. On December 11, IBA Group held a roundtable discussion on the topic “SAP ERP HCM: Localization extension for Belarus. The evolution in automation of human capital management."

At the event, IBA Group

  • Presented its Interface for SAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management), a localization extension for the Republic of Belarus. The IBA solution is completely new to the Belarusian market of human capital management
  • Informed the visitors about functions and features of the IBA solution intended for human capital management and certified by SAP in August 2014
  • Demonstrated the advantages of the SAP ERP HCM localization extension for the Belarusian enterprises.

The IBA solution is an add–on for SAP ERP HCM and includes the tools that were implemented and proved in thousands of Russian companies. In addition to international standards, the IBA solution and its new features comply with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

Using a demo system, the IBA experts demonstrated the comprehensive SAP ERP HCM solution at work. The participants were able to see how the company is able to improve its HR recordkeeping, work time logging, managing of manning tables, and payroll accounting in line with the Belarusian laws.
