OREANDA-NEWS.  As was announced earlier, following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated December 11, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C59860011 (ISIN – KZ1C00001072) of KoZhaN JSC (Almaty) have been included in the third category of KASE official list.

The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 15, 2014 after the issuer fulfilled conditions set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.

The said shares have been assigned an abbreviation (trade code) KOZN.
