OREANDA-NEWS. CFAO S.A., a France-based trading company 97.81% owned by Toyota Tsusho Corporation, and Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd announced the signature of an agreement to form a joint venture in Nigeria.

Abstuct of  the announcement

・CFAO S.A. and Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd will establish a new joint venture in Nigeria.
・They manufacture and sales Yamaha motorcycles in Nigeria.
・The new company will start from summer 2015.
・Nigeria is a leading market in Africa with over one million new motorcycles sold per year.
