Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by Resolution of Almaly district Tax office of the State revenues board of December 3, 2014 an administrative sanction under a case of administrative violations was imposed for "failure to report to tax authorities the opening of taxpayer's bank accounts (part 1 article 216 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code)".
