OREANDA-NEWS.Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by a Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 2014, an administrative sanction was imposed related to the administrative violation case of "multiple (two and more times) within twelve consecutive calendar months violation by the Bank of prudential norms specified by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (Part 3 of Art. 168-2 of the Administrative Violations Code)".
