Moreover, The Banker has recognised the accomplishments of SEB bank in Sweden with the Best Bank in Sweden 2014 award.
Riho Unt, Chairman of the Board of SEB Pank: “An increasing number of clients perform bank transaction either through the Internet or a mobile phone; the changes in everyday preferences demand a different approach from the bank in communicating with the clients. This is why SEB is extensively concentrating on consulting both private and corporate clients, because one-on-one consultations give the clearest picture of the client’s requirements as well what the bank can do to satisfy these requirements. SEB’s main message is clear and simple: planning your financial matters is a fundamental everyday skill that we can help develop.”
Annika Falkengren, CEO of SEB Group: "We have continued to strengthen our large corporate platform in Sweden, the Nordics and Germany. We have had the largest increase in customer satisfaction among banks in the recent EPSI survey. Our customers appreciate our comprehensive and long-term approach in meeting their needs. Our commitment to be the leading Nordic bank for corporations and institutions, and the best universal bank in Sweden and the Baltics remains firm."
