OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow won the VIIIth Annual Award RETAIL FINANCE AWARDS 2014 in the category "Breakthrough of the Year in Retail Financial Business".

In 2014 the Bank of Moscow demonstrated the stable high rate of retail lending - the retail lending portfolio increased more than by 40% - and today it is ranked first in TOP-20 for the portfolio growth rate from the beginning of the year according to the Central Bank data.

The Bank of Moscow got the leading positions due to the complex approach to the solution of retail business development tasks - new sales models and high standards of service were introduced, the successful promotion of products was achieved, special-purpose lending product proposals were created for various segments based on the customers' needs identified.

The award RETAIL FINANCE AWARDS was launched by The Retail Finance magazine in 2007. The purpose of the award is to commemorate the most worthy representatives of retail financial business, to attract attention of professional community to the most significant achievements in the field of the financial retail development for the past year, to equip retail financial experts with the best practices in business development.
