JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it will publish its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial information prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the nine months of 2014 on Thursday, December 18, 2014.

The results will be published after 13.00 (Moscow time) in the form of a report, accompanied by a press-release and presentation.

The Company will host a conference call and webcast on the results at 16.00 Moscow time (13:00 London time) on December 18, 2014. The call and webcast will be held in English by George Rizhinashvili, member of the Management Board, First Deputy Director General, and Dmitry Finkel, Chief Accountant, and other members of the management team.
