OREANDA-NEWS. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of December 10, 2014 the following changes were approved:

- change No. 3 in the Specification of futures on ordinary shares KAZAKHMYS PLC (Specification);

- change No. 5 in the List of financial instruments accepted for clearing service (List).

The mentioned changes are effective as of December 10, 2014.

The changes were made due to the change of company name from KAZAKHMYS PLС to
KAZ Minerals PLC.
