Neste Jacobs to Optimize Production of Valio's Plant
OREANDA-NEWS. December 12, 2014. Technology, engineering and project management company Neste Jacobs and dairy company Valio have signed a long-term agreement for Neste Jacobs to deliver the production optimization of Valio Milk Powder Plant in Seinajoki, Finland by utilizing with Neste Jacobs' proprietary NAPCON Advanced Process Control (APC) technology.
This agreement is continuation for recently successfully delivered NAPCON solutions to dairy industry.
When production is optimized by NAPCON Controller which will be installed in Seinajoki Plant in early 2015, the production is expected to increase significantly throughout the whole process. All this will be achieved without high Capex investments or production shutdowns. As an add-on energy efficiency of production will improve making the investment into NAPCON Controller very lucrative.
