OREANDA-NEWS. Rosbank was one of the first banks who provided remote banking services in the Moscow metro. Due to the fact that the winner of the last tender was the other bank, in November - December 2014 we carried out a phased relocation of our ATMs in accordance with the schedule agreed by the metro. However, the Bank is interested in cooperation with the Moscow metro and intends to take part in the next tender for the ATMs placement.

In addition to the devices in the metro there are 363 Rosbank ATMs operating in Moscow region (in Moscow and Moscow district) and another 11,000 ATMs of United Settlement System (ОРС), in which customers of member banks can withdraw cash on their banks tariffs. Remote banking is one of the important directions of Rosbank retail business strategy, and we will further develop our ATM network, expanding the list of available functions and options to customers.

In the beginning of December Rosbank made another step to improve the customer service: now the Rosbank clients - holders of international banking cards (category Classic / Standard, Gold or Platinum) included in the banking services packages "Classic", "Gold", "Platinum" categories or in the package of services for payroll clients have opportunity to withdraw cash in any ATM of 38 banks Societe Generale Group worldwide without commission.

At the moment, Societe Generale Group ATMs are installed in 28 countries in Europe (France, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Croatia, Georgia, etc.), Asia, Africa and French Polynesia.

The Rosbank ATM network in Russia has about 3000 devices. Also, the bank's customers can withdraw cash on Rosbank domestic tariffs in any of the 40,000 United Settlement System (ОРС) ATM network in Russia.
