NBG's International Reserves Made USD 2,6 Billion
OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data, the National Bank of Georgia (NBG) international reserve totaled USD 2 607,5 million by November 30, 2014, that is by USD 54,4 million less than the index by October 30, 2014 - told in the NBG.
The international reserve, converted in foreign currency, totaled USD 2 396,7 million, including that floated as securities – USD 1 536,9 million, as well as that on the accounts of foreign banks and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) – USD 859,8 million. The amount of funds placed in SDR totaled USD 210,8 million, while reserve position with the IMF totaled US\\$14,6 thousand.
Since the beginning of the year, the NBG international reserve has reduced by USD 215,9 million.
