Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated November 26, 2014 according to which, the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP04Y03D211 (KZ2C00002640, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities, CCBNb24; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; April 26, 2014 – April 26, 2017, semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a., 30/360) of Bank CenterCredit JSC for the period from April 26 to October 25, 2014.

According to the letter provided, as of October 25, 2014 99,945,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced.
