Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on a Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2014, an administrative sanction was imposed related to the administrative violation case of "statements that have been provided by the Bank to the authorized body for the Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations not containing information required under the banking laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Part 1 of Art. 168-2 of the Administrative Violations Code)."
