(the "Company"), resolved at its board of directors meeting on October 22, 2014, to commence a tender offer (the "Tender Offer") as a part of a transaction to make Carview Corporation (TSE Mothers, code 2155, "Carview") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yahoo Japan by acquiring all of its common stock, excluding common stock in Carview held by Yahoo Japan and treasury stock held by Carview, and all of its stock acquisition rights, and implemented the Tender Offer from October 23, 2014.
