OREANDA-NEWS. December 10, 2014. Deregulation and improvement of business climate form the basis of a new draft Law prepared by the Ministry, which provided a significant reduction of functions of the administrative regulation of the economy, an expansion of freedom of entrepreneurial activity, an introduction of transparent and uniform rules for all economic operators.

It is planed to simplify the mechanism for starting up and operating a business, reduce licensing and conciliation procedures, reduction of the authorities’ influence on the economic entities activities, in particular through the abolition of licensing of economic activities, raising the level of investor protection.

It is proposed to amend 51 acts of legislation, which establish the General principles of administrative services and the procedures of their provision in specific areas of economic activity, as well as they regulate the activity of joint stock companies.
