OREANDA-NEWS. On December 12, 2014 Rating agency "Expert RA Kazakhstan" with support from Kazakhstan Stock Exchange will conduct the II Practical conference "Annual reports: leaders' experience and new standards" in Tien Shan Hotel in Almaty.

This conference is a response to the increasing relevance of issues related to increasing of corporate reporting standards by local joint-stock companies. In times of a global macroeconomic volatility, increasing the quality of provision of information to investors, including in annual reports, is becoming a matter No. 1, since it is the main document allowing an insight "into the company" for purposes of evaluation of the business' growth potential.

The II Practical conference "Annual reports: leaders' experience and new standards" will become an event during which results of the IV Competition of annual reports conducted by Rating agency "Expert RA Kazakhstan" will be presented.

The conference's main purpose is to increase the level of annual reports in Kazakhstan. The competition of annual reports gives the participants an opportunity to publicly prove their achievements in the field of annual reports, as well as to draw the business community's attention to the issue of drawing up and promoting of the annual report.

In the first part of the practical conference experts will consider relevant trends in preparation of annual reports; the second section stipulates consideration of practical issues of drawing up the annual report, its design and interactive version.

Under the conference awarding ceremony of winners of the IV Competition of annual reports upon 2013 results will take place.
