OREANDA-NEWS. AvtoVAZ intends in 2105 to do without cuts, raise wages and get into profit. Such statements were announced by the President of AvtoVAZ, Bo Andersson, the last week in Moscow, where he held a meeting of the Board of Directors.

"I emphasize that the next year at AvtoVAZ we will not cut employees. We managed to improve the quality of cars Lada by 50% - this is a significant improvement. We launched into production a number of new models, all new items were launched on time and with the required quality. Dynamic work continues - this year we will produce more than 130 thousand cars for Renault-Nissan”, - said Bo Andersson, who was cited by “AvtoSreda”. 

In addition, according to the president of AvtoVAZ, at a meeting of directors it was considered the issue about the payment. "In the next year's budget, we are laying the increase in salaries; we will review prof classification and determine accurately the positions. Salary increase will occur at least once a year. But all this will be provided if we are profitable. And I'm sure - we will be profitable ... The next year we aim to make a profit of 5 million Rubles”, - said Bo Andersson.
