OREANDA-NEWS. AS „Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” informs, that on 08.12.2014. has received:

1. Corrected notifications from shareholders H.Livsica and SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” about loss and acquisition of significant participation;

2. Notifications from shareholders I.Bergere and J.Oskerko about loss of significant participation;

3. Notifications from H.Livsica and SIA „CAPITAL HOLDING” about acquisition of significant participation.

According to the attached notifications, the following changes have been made in the ownership of company’s capital:

  • SIA “Capital Holding” on December 5, 2014 has obtained a significant direct holding of 83,02% in AS „Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” capital;
  • Helena Livsica on December 5, 2014 has obtained a significant indirect holding of 83,02% in AS „Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” capital;
  • Janis Oskerko on December 5, 2014 has sold 60 255  AS „Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” shares. After the transation J.Oskerko does not own any AS “Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” shares;
  • Irina Bergere on December 5, 2014 has sold 241 854 AS „Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” shares.  After the transation I.Bergere does not own any AS “Rigas farmaceitiska fabrika” shares.
