Kazakhtelecom Launches New Services on Base of SDP-Platform
OREANDA-NEWS. December 09, 2014. Kazakhtelecom JSC launches new services "Virtual number", "ClickToCall" and "Virtual callcenter" on base of SDP-platform (Service Delivery Platform). SDP-platform provides quick development and diversion of new convergence multi media services, starting from main telephony services to complicated audio –video conferences in multi users entertaining services.
"Virtual number" with city numbering allows receiving calls on station and mobile telephones, individuals can join all existing contacts (city, mobile) under one number. And legal entities can join their branches or structural sub-divisions under one number. Virtual number" has some advantages– number is not bound to specific address, confidentiality of real data, security of servicing all incoming calls, easy setup through Web-interface, unlim to trunk calls to station numbers of Kazakhtelecom JSC by Kazakhstan when redirection. Besides, when connection subscriber can purchase easy to recognize and easy to remember number. Connection to service is made through personal cabinet idport.kz, and through service points.
ClickToCall is and interactive way to reduce time for receiving feedback. Service is assigned for corporate company’s subscribers, selling services, goods by all Kazakhstan, state enterprises, representatives of middle and small business. Advantages of the service – easy of connection and control, payment by post paid, unlim to click to call to station numbers of Kazakhtelecom JSC of subscriber by Kazakhstan. Connection to service can be made through Personal cabinet of idport, and service network points.
"Virtual Call Centre" - organization of virtual Call center without costs to equipment during one day. The service allows receiving and processing incoming and outgoing calls by scenario with further data for further processing, payment is made by post paid, easy interface for necessary parameters setup depending on what operator provides services of local communication. Connection of subscribers to "Virtual Сall Сentre" is made in service points.
