Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter of November 25, 2014 informed KASE that "Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC took decisions on changing the composition of bodies of Atameken-Agro JSC".
