OREANDA-NEWS. December 08, 2014. Eesti Energia Supervisory Council has appointed the Management Board members of Eesti Energia.

New Eesti Energia CEO Hando Sutter will be joined in Management Board by a new Management Board member Andres Vainola. Mr Vainola has previously worked in Empower Group and will be responsible for mining subsidiary as well as industrial machinery construction subsidiary. In addition, current Eesti Energia Strategy Director Margus Vals will be appointed as a new Management Board member with responsibility for all development projects and technology development.

Raine Pajo and Margus Rink will carry on as Management Board members. Mr Pajo will be responsible for power generation and oil production, while retail power sales in the Baltics remains Mr Rink?s responsibility.

In addition, Andri Avila has been confirmed as Chief Financial Officer of Eesti Energia from 1 December 2014.
