OREANDA-NEWS. December 08, 2014. The Center for Researches and Development (CRD) of the CBA holds a number of events for various stakeholders within the Exchange of Knowledge project in line with the 2011-2014 Strategic Plan.

The Resources and Education service of the CRD held a workshop titled Deposits Insurance for commercial bank employees jointly with the Deposits Insurance Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the project in question.

The goal of the workshop was to inform bank employees involved in operations and customer service departments on deposits insurance related world and local practice, and changes made to the Law on Deposits Insurance. The participants also discussed questions received by the Fund’s hotline.

The interactive workshop illuminated challenges the participants face in practice, followed by a Q&A session, issue of opinions and recommendations.

The participants got certified at the end of the event.
