OREANDA-NEWS. On Thursday, December 4, 2014 JSC “Ventspils nafta” organized its Investor Conference Online Webinar for shareholders, investors and other stakeholders. During the webinar Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ventspils nafta” Robert Kirkup informed about company's latest activities, analysed the financial results of the thrid quarter.

During the presentation, management of JSC “Ventspils nafta” indicated that the geo-economic situation could have an adverse effect on the amounts of transhipped cargo. In case of the worst scenario, amounts in 2015 could decrease by 2.5 to 3 million tons. Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Ventspils nafta” Robert Kirkup also emphasized that “LatRosTrans” Ltd. had completed removal of crude oil from the pipeline. It is expected that the sale of crude oil could be completed in the first quarter of 2015.
