Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "based on a Resolution on imposing an administrative sanction under a case of administrative violation of November 27, 2014 provided for in part 4 of article 168-6, as well as articles 572, 650-652 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code the Bank was drawn to administrative responsibility in form of a penalty to the amount of 40 monthly calculation indices which makes KZT74,080".
