OREANDA-NEWS.Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko appointed Colonel Oleg Matkin First Deputy Commander of Interior Forces of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Belarus – Chief of Staff. He was relieved of the post of Deputy Commander of Interior Forces of the Interior Ministry – head of the operational and combat training department. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on 1 December.
