Petroleum Minister Visits ONGC Office
OREANDA-NEWS. The Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge), Petroleum & Natural Gas, Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan made his maiden visit to ONGC registered office at New Delhi. The Minister was there to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with visiting Mozambique Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Mr. Oldemiro Julio Marques Baloi on cooperation in the field of Oil and Gas.

The Minister, on arriving at the ONGC office, had a brief meeting with ONGC CMD, and senior executives of other oil public enterprises. The Minister received the visiting Mozambique delegation led by the Mozambique Minister in the ONGC Office.

The wide-ranging MoU was signed by the two Ministers. The MoU aims to establish a cooperative institutional framework to facilitate and to enhance bilateral cooperation in the oil and gas sector.

Expressing optimism at the association with the Indian energy sector, the Mozambique Minister Mr. Oldemiro Baloi said that the MoU is not just another document, it is a milestone in a long relationship.
