OREANDA-NEWS. December 02, 2014. The solution for development of the employment contract and its supplementary agreements on SAP ERP HCM platform designed by JSC Tatneft and Energy Consulting is the winner of the SAP contest in HCM area.

The contest for the best partner solution was organized at the Annual SAP Solutions Russian Localization Summit, held in Moscow on 21-22 of October 2014. The representatives of JSC Tatneft - Farida Glazkova, Senior Engineer, HR Department, and Energy Consulting - Guzel Plotnikova, Head of SAP Solutions Executive Directorate, presented the project.

The partner solution developed by JSC Tatneft and Energy Consulting reached the final of the contest according to the results of the preliminaries, and then it was recognized as the best solution by the majority votes of SAP professionals. This solution established a lead over other three finalists – solution for annual leave applying and planning, solution for automatic calculation of group piece-rate bonuses and solution for process automation of forming end-of-employment checklists.

The solution for development of the employment contract and its supplementary agreements has been applied at all (22) structural divisions of JSC Tatneft since 2014. This solution is fully integrated with the automated processes of the HR records management, occupational safety and health and environmental protection, organization of labor and wages.

This solution provides an opportunity to display in the employment contract automatically the employee's personal data, organizational assignment information, remuneration of labor, working and recreation conditions, as well as data on working conditions at workplace during development of the employment contract. The supplementary agreements to the employment contract are formed automatically. There are also supplementary agreement wide-scale tools, which are implemented to develop supplementary agreements tailored to wages indexation and changes of working conditions.

As a result of this project implementation, the professionals of JSC Tatneft have succeeded in distributing the responsibility matrix for each item of the employment contract between its various departments and services: HR Department, Department of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection, Office of Labor Organization and Wages. This system provides for complete safety of employment information and timesaving during development of employment contracts and supplementary agreements.

Employment contract automation system completes this task and provides for bringing employment contracts in line with labor laws, prepares the company for audit and possible visits of representatives from State Inspectorate of Labor. And besides that, successful implementation of this system helps to save up to 87% of working hours of HR Department specialists.”

SAP Company is going to certify this solution developed by JSC Tatneft and Energy Consulting as an independent software product.

In 2013 the solution “Making provisions for payment of unused days of vacations in accounting for the quarterly stocktaking” developed by Energy Consulting and JSC Tatneft was recognized as the best customer solution in the field of SAP ERP HCM.
