OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow held a ceremonial opening of its first Mortgage Lending Centre (MLC) today in Kazan, Russia, at Pushkina Street, 20.

This is the first office of its type for the Bank's Kazan Branch. The Centre provides on-site transaction registration and expert consulting services. For the customers' convenience, the Bank equipped five meeting rooms, and safe deposit boxes in the office.

"We are honoured to have the Mortgage Lending Center here. Kazan is an actively developing city. At the moment, a great number of houses are under construction, and we want to help the residents to buy their own homes," commented Maryam Davletshina, the Director of Kazan Branch of the Bank of Moscow.

In order to implement such ambitious plans, the Bank is working on several fronts: it focuses on work with the developers, as well as with payroll clients of the Bank, civil servants, and security agencies - for these clients special programmes are available.

Mortgage centres are a brand new format of the Bank's activities in the regions to ensure high quality services for its mortgage borrowers.
