Moldova’s State Budget Revenue Down 0,7%
OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2014. They grew MDL billion 489.8 million (25.2%) up as compared to the same period of 2013, the Ministry of Finance informs. IN January-October, 2014, the principal revenue of the state budget made up MDL 19 billion 724.7 million, 0.2% (MDL 37.4 million) more than those budgeted.
It exceeded the principal revenues reported for the same period of the past year by MDL 3 billion 623.1 million or 22.5%. Budget-financed state institutions accumulated on their accounts receipts from special funds at a total of MDL 623.4 million, 95% of the target. They grew MDL 47.2 million (8.2%) against the same period of 2013.
The special fund incomes were MDL 331.3 million, 89% of the target. Against the same period of the past year, it increased 15.3% (MDL 14 million). Incomes from the projects backed by external sources were MDL 1 billion 633.2 million, 92.1% of the target or down MDL 140.9 million of what was budgeted.
They included external and internal grants totalling MDL 1 billion 607.1 million of which MDL 6.7 million was internal grants and MDL 1 billion 600.4 million was external grants. These incomes grew MDL 783.8 million as compared with the same period of 2013. The expenditure of the state budget was MDL 23 billion 226.8 million in January- October, 2014, down 10.2% or MDL 2 billion 630.1 million against the target.
To compare, in the same period of 2013 they grew MDL 4 billion 807.2 million (26.1%). Moldova's state budget deficit was MDL 916.4 million in the reporting period of which MDL 757.9 million was covered from internal sources, including MDL 171.9 million received from the sale of public assets and MDL 892.5 million borrowed from external lenders.
