OREANDA-NEWS. December 01, 2014. First Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev has held a conference on the implementation of the President's instructions in Ukimet Uiy.

The meeting was attended by members of Parliament of Kazakhstan, heads of central government agencies and JSC "NMH "Baiterek".

In the Address to the Nation "Nyrly Zhol - Path to the Future" Kazakh President instructed to revise approaches to the construction of social rental housing for people at low interest rates.

In this regard, JSC "NMH "Baiterek" presented construction mechanism and implementation of the rental housing. 180 billion tenge will be allocated for these purposes from the National Fund in 2015-2016, including 35 billion tenge for settlement of engineering infrastructure, 145 billion tenge for the construction and acquisition of rental housing. In general, the holding company, taking into account additional sources of funding for the construction of rental housing plans to allocate 250 billion tenge. Prospective new housing supply by 2020 will amount to more than 1.4 million square meters.

Issues on development of social infrastructure, in particular the construction of pre-school educational institutions, the elimination of three-shift and unsafe schools were considered at the meeting.

In order to execute the orders of the President in 2015-2017 it is planned to build 36 kindergartens and 67 schools, the total amount of funding will be 90 billion tenge.

In addition, 10 billion tenge will be allocated for the development of infrastructure and physical facilities of 10 universities, defined as basic for National Program of Forced Industrial-Innovative Development of Kazakhstan.
