OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of the National Bank of Ukraine has undergone a reshuffle linked with the improvement of the regulator's organizational structure as part of Strategic Program to reform the banking system and reorganize the National Bank of Ukraine.

By virtue of NBU Ordinance dated November 25, 2014, pursuant to Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Bank of Ukraine", the Personnel Department is determined as the organizational subdivision that ensures exercise of the principal duty thereby whose chief is the member of the National Bank Board ex officio.

Therefore, Director of the Personnel Department Roman Borysenko became a member of the National Bank of Ukraine Board on November 25, 2014.

The National Bank of Ukraine Board comprises eleven persons: The Governor of the National Bank, his/her deputies and chiefs of the organizational subdivisions of the National Bank ensuring exercise of the principal duty by the National Bank (General Department of Banking Supervision, General Monetary Policy Department, Accounting Department, Personnel Department and Legal Department).
