OREANDA-NEWS. Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd., Showa Shell Sekiyu K.K., Sumitomo Corporation, and TonenGeneral Sekiyu K.K. have concluded an integration agreement  under which the four corporate groups will carry out absorption-type spin-offs of their LP gas import and wholesale operations and prepare to integrate these businesses on April 1, 2015, with Cosmo Petroleum Gas Co., Ltd.(a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cosmo Oil) as the receiving company.

The four full-time directors of this integrated company have now been informally selected, and this notice provides their names as well as a list of the company's principal business offices and the future schedule for integration.
