OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2014. Shanxi produced 7.485 million tonnes of coke in October, increased by 1.56% MoM and dropped by 4.7% YoY.

In Jan-Oct, coke output in Shanxi province came to 72.482 million tonnes, a YoY decrease of 2.6%.

In October, coke transportation in Shanxi finished 6.428 million tonnes, representing a YoY increase of 5.37%. In specific, coke transportation by rail and by truck came to 2.254 million tonnes and 4.1739 million tonnes respectively, increased by 8.34% and 3.83% YoY.

Cumulative coke transportation in Jan-Oct hit 53.0289 million tonnes, increased by 2.28% YoY. Coke transportation by rail and by truck finished 20.2248 million tonnes and 32.8041 million tonnes, representing a YoY decrease of 3.21% and a YoY increase of 5.99%.
