OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2014. Annual report of Bank Vozrozhdenie was featured in Top-3 in “Best annual report of a company with a market capitalization of up to RUB 10 billion” nomination of the XVII Annual Contest held by MOEX and Securities Market Magazine. 149 companies participated in the Contest, 19 out of which were in nomination with Bank Vozrozhdenie.

This year, it was the first time that the audit and consulting company KPMG, official partner of the Contest, assessed the reports. It provided the opinion on the compliance of the elements of annual reports content with the Contest criteria and international disclosure practices. The analysis was conducted under the four content blocks:

Business model, strategy, goals and perspectives
Risks and opportunities
Corporate governance
Operating performance

After that, the report with KPMG opinion was submitted to the jury of 16 experts for the final decision. Representatives of consulting, investment and management companies, information agencies, the Bank of Russia, professional associations and public organisations took part in voting.

Annual Report Contest is one of the brightest events in investor relations community in Russia. Its strong track record proves that a well-done annual report can help to inform the market on the company’s performance and attract attention of the clients and partners.
