OREANDA-NEWS. November 28, 2014. Dmitry Patrushev, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank, was awarded the first degree Order of Merit of Mariy El. The order was handed over by Alexander Torshin, First deputy Chairman of the Federation Council.

Members of the Bank’s Management Board and heads of business units were also given awards for their contribution to the poultry breeding development.

“Russian Agricultural Bank, while accomplishing the mission given by the State, has provided financing to more than 60 investment projects in the regional agribusiness. The largest project - Akashevskaya Poultry - has contributed to the creation of 3,000 jobs, import substitution and domestic exports facilitation. The fact that the Bank’s employees were awarded the state orders and medals of the Republic confirms the importance and success of our cooperation aimed, in the first place, at social and economic development of Mariy El for the benefit of its population,” Dmitry Patrushev said.
